06/15 – Passed First 100 Miles – 20k trek to Logrono

They get up between 5:30 and 6:00AM, nursing  blisters, knees, feet and numerous other ailments to march another day.  20 to 30k (12-18) miles every day.  Trudging up and down the steep hills carrying everything in a much too heavy backpack.  What drives them?

What is driving me to To join them? This I guess is a mystery of the Camino that hopefully will unfold.

Today we rented a 30 euro pension in Lagrono. A private bath and bed…..ahhh!

Room with a great view of the town.
