Yikes! The weather at the start is lows in the 40′s, highs in the 60′s with 100% chance of rain.
We have prepared for highs in the 80′s, lows in the 60′s. Our backpacks should be no more than 10% of our weight, so mine should be 17lbs. We have to carry all our clothes and toiletries in our pack.
Now we need to make provisions for cold wet weather. May need to go get waterproof shoes.
